What is the Control Panel and how does it work?

The Control Panel runs in any browser and lets your staff look up a member, add or remove stamps, redeem rewards and sign up new customers. Best for a front desk where staff serve customers by name.

The Control Panel opens in any browser and gives your staff everything they need to manage customers at the counter. It suits a front desk — a gym, a salon, a clinic — where staff already know customers by name, rather than a fast queue.

Finding a member

Search by name, email or mobile number, or scroll the alphabetical list. Tapping a member opens their record.

What you can see and change

Each member record shows their name, total stamps collected all time, email, mobile, birthday, the date they joined, and a free-text notes field. All of it can be edited in place.

Recording a birthday is what allows automatic birthday rewards to be sent.

Deleting a member

A member can be deleted from the Control Panel, provided the account you’re signed in with has admin privileges. Deleting removes them and their stamp history from your program.

If you’re deleting someone because they asked you to, see How do I delete my data? — it covers what you can remove on their behalf and what they need to do themselves.

Adding and removing stamps

Every card the member holds appears on their record, showing their progress and where their rewards unlock. From here you can:

  • Add stamps — useful when a customer forgot to scan, or their phone was flat
  • Remove stamps — the fix when stamps were added by mistake

A member can hold several cards at once if you run more than one program.

Signing up a new customer

Three options along the bottom of the screen:

  • Add Member — enter their details yourself. They receive a welcome email with instructions for getting into their account.
  • Joining Code — show a QR code for the customer to scan and register themselves.
  • Add Stamp Code — show a QR code that issues a stamp.

Note that the joining code and the stamp code are separate, and do different things.
