What problem does Flex Rewards solve?
Small business owners don’t have the time or resources to get bogged down in complicated customer loyalty schemes. We’ve removed all the complexity involved with launching and maintaining an effective loyalty program.
In practice that means there is nothing to install and nothing to buy. Any phone, tablet or laptop you already own becomes the stamping device: it generates a single-use QR code that a customer scans with their ordinary phone camera. Your customer does not need an app — the card opens in their browser and signing in is one tap. For a counter that gets genuinely busy, a screen can display a rotating code that customers scan themselves, with no staff involvement at all.
The whole program is managed from a browser — the card, the rewards, the stores, the members and the reports. You can set it up yourself, without an implementation call and without waiting on anybody.
What it costs
The stamp card is US$36 per month after a 30-day free trial, with no setup fee. It is priced in your own currency: USD 36 · GBP 26 · CAD 46 · SGD 48 · AUD 48 · NZD 48.
Our Digital Passport product is priced differently, because it is bought by a different kind of organization — a business improvement association, a downtown district, a shopping center or a market — on behalf of venues it does not own. Both products are laid out on the pricing page.
