Billing questions

Yes. You are free to cancel at any time, during or after free trial, and without any notice to us.

The 30-day free trial will commence once you have created an account with us and hit “start free trial” at the end of the onboarding screens.

Once your 30-day trial starts, you can cancel service at any time without obligation, and you won’t be charged a thing.

After your 30-day free trial ends, you will be billed on a month-to-month basis on the 1st day of the month.

No. There are no set-up costs whatsoever.

We process all payments via Stripe so the transaction is secure and your credit card information is kept safe with Stripe and not us.

Yes. We like to keep things simple. We only have one plan with full access to all our incredible features.

Loyalty program

Flex rewards is a digital stamp card app that replicates the function of traditional paper stamp cards. You choose the number of stamps to display on your loyalty card, and then assign rewards to different stamp milestones. Stamps are added to the loyalty card when customers make a purchase. Customers receive rewards when they have earned a sufficient number of stamps.

Yes. The app works for any industry you can think of that needs a stamp card.

In addition to F&B, we have gyms, retail (all sorts), spas, health & beauty, professional services, events and tourism. Our customers come from every industry that needs an effective loyalty system

You may offer any type of reward that you can think of! There is no limit to the type of rewards you can offer and you are free to create whatever type of reward that suits your customers the best. For example, if you are an auto-shop, you might want to create a 5-stamp card with 10% discount vouchers on each stamp number so customers get a reward on each visit. Or, you might be a restaurant with a 10-stamp card program offering a free main course on stamp number 10. The type of stamp card program you design, and the types of rewards you can offer are only limited by your imagination!  

Yes. You can set the minimum spend amounts and include any other prerequisites for earning stamps and/or redeeming rewards.

No. You do not need any hardware or specialized equipment to operate Flex Rewards.

Our system has been designed so you can easily launch your loyalty program from your laptop and with a printer.

Customers join by scanning a QR code printed on table and counter displays or from QR codes on flyers distributed in delivery packages. You create these materials from the Print Studio in your Flex Rewards Dashboard. Choose a template and print them from a home or office printer.

Customers join in less than 10 seconds with one-touch Google Facebook or Apple ID login. If your customers have not yet downloaded the Flex Rewards app, they will be redirected to the App or Play store to first install the app.

Once you activate your loyalty program, your loyalty card will appear on the Flex Rewards app immediately.

The maximum number of stamps you can display on your card is 20. The minimum is 5 stamps. You can display stamps in multiples of 5. The complete range of stamp configurations are 5, 10, 15, and 20.

As many as you wish. You may assign one reward per stamp number on your loyalty card.

Stamps are added by inputting a 4-digit PIN code into your customer’s device. The same process is used to verify reward redemptions in-store.

You do not need to input a 4-digit PIN to add stamps from delivery flyers. Customers will be credited a stamp as soon as they scan the single-use QR code printed on the flyer.

Special features

When activating a loyalty program, you will have an option to create Welcome Rewards. Welcome Rewards are rewards sent to all new loyalty members that sign up to your program on-site. Welcome rewards are designed to incentivize membership sign-ups from customers that are at your venue.

A typical Welcome Reward would be a 10% discount voucher, or a complimentary drink reward.

Welcome Rewards significantly increase membership sign-up rates and are strongly recommended to enhance the attractiveness of your loyalty program.

Birthday rewards are special rewards that you send to each of your loyalty members 30-days in advance of their birthday. Members will be notified via email that they have received a Birthday Reward. A typical Birthday Reward might be a group discount, or complimentary meal.

Promotions allow you to send rewards to our Flex Rewards app users, whether or not they are a current member of your loyalty program.

Promotions are created from your dashboard and send rewards to Flex Rewards users based on their proximity to your stores. If any Flex Rewards user enters a 300m radius of your venue they will receive your promotion, along with a push notification notifying them that they have received a reward from you.

You can print table displays and delivery flyers from the Print Studio on your Dashboard. All materials are generated as PDF files which you can print from a home or office printer, or take to a professional print shop.

There is no limit to the number of materials you can generate through the Print Studio.

No. QR codes on delivery flyers are single-use and can only be used once. We have developed proprietary technology to ensure stamps cannot be added multiple times from the same QR code.

You can create up to 6 stores from the Dashboard under your plan.

Yes. Our app supports all language script inputs.

We take data privacy and security seriously. First, we will never sell our data to third parties. Ever. Second, our data is anonymized to protect the identity of our app users in the case of a security breach. Finally, all credit card information is processed through Stripe, so we do not store any sensitive financial information on our systems. Flex Rewards complies with all privacy and customer protection laws in each of the countries where we operate. You can read more about our Privacy Policy here.
