Billing, receipts and restarting your plan
Everything billing lives under Settings → Billing. Receipts come from Stripe by email rather than from your dashboard, and restarting a cancelled plan takes a minute but needs your card details again.
It’s all in one place: sign in to your dashboard, go to Settings, then the Billing tab.
What your plan is
The Billing tab tells you which of four states you’re in, and each looks different:
| It says | What that means |
|---|---|
| You are on a Trial Plan | Free for 30 days. It shows the date the trial ends |
| You are on the Flex Loyalty Plus+ plan | Paying monthly. It shows your next payment date and the amount in your currency |
| You have cancelled your subscription | Still fully working, with the date your access ends |
| No Plan Active | Cancelled and ended. Your data is still here |
Receipts and invoices
Receipts come from Stripe by email, not from your dashboard. There’s no invoice list or billing history to download — worth knowing so you don’t spend time hunting for one.
Every payment triggers an emailed receipt, headed Receipt from Flex Rewards, with the amount and date. It goes to the email address on the account.
If you’re missing one, check spam first, then contact us with Billing as the topic. Tell us the business name and roughly when the charge was, and we’ll send it across.
If you need a proper tax invoice — for a Digital Passport program, or because your finance process needs one — just ask. Passport programs in particular are often invoiced directly rather than charged to a card.
If you see a charge you don’t recognize, don’t assume it’s us and don’t assume it isn’t. Send us the amount, the date, and how it appears on your statement, and we’ll confirm either way.
When you get billed
A trial runs 30 days and nothing is charged during it. Cancel before it ends and you’re never billed.
After a trial converts, your billing date moves to the start of the following month. So a trial ending mid-month means your first full month starts at the beginning of the next one — the aim is a predictable date rather than a random one buried in the calendar.
The amount and currency shown are the ones for the country your account was created in.
Restarting a cancelled plan
Your program, your card design, your members and all their stamps are still there. Cancelling never deletes them.
- Settings → Billing
- Click Reactivate plan
- Enter your card details and confirm
Three things to expect, because they surprise people:
- You’ll need to enter your card again, even if one was on file before. There’s no “use the card you had” shortcut.
- Billing starts straight away. Reactivating doesn’t come with a second free trial.
- Your program picks up exactly where it left off. There’s no second setup, and members who were paused come back with their stamps.
If the Reactivate button says your subscription is already active, you’re on a live plan already and there’s nothing to do.
If the Billing tab looks empty
If Settings → Billing shows nothing at all, you’re likely on a custom arrangement that the standard billing screen doesn’t render. It isn’t lost data. Contact us with Billing as the topic and we’ll tell you where your account stands.
