How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Your account stays fully usable until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can reactivate later without setting your program up again.

You can cancel yourself, in the dashboard. You don’t need to email us and you don’t need to give notice.

Cancel it

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and go to Settings.
  2. Open the Billing tab.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

That’s it. The Billing tab will then show “You have cancelled your subscription”, along with the date your access ends.

What happens next

Nothing stops working straight away. You keep your full account until the end of the period you have already paid for — the Billing tab shows that exact date. Stamps carry on being issued, your customers’ cards keep working, and your reports stay available right up to it.

You are not charged again. Cancelling switches off the next payment; it doesn’t take back the one you’ve already made.

Refunds

There’s no automatic refund of the period you’ve already paid for — you keep full access until the end of it, which is the thing you paid for.

If you think there’s a case for one, ask. A charge that landed after you cancelled, a double charge, or a plan you were billed for and genuinely never used are all worth raising. Contact us with Billing as the topic and the business name, and we’ll look at it. We consider these one at a time rather than by a fixed rule, so tell us what happened.

Cancelling a trial works the same way. Same button, same place. The Billing tab shows “You have cancelled your trial subscription” and the date the trial ends, and no charge is taken. If you signed up and decided against it, cancelling before that date means you are never billed.

Reactivating

Cancelling is not deletion, and it isn’t a door that locks behind you. Your program, your card design, your members and their stamps are all still there.

To come back, go to the same place — Settings → Billing — and click Reactivate plan. You’ll be asked to confirm your card details, and the monthly fee shown is the one for your country. Your program picks up where it left off; there is no second setup.

Cancelling is not the same as deleting your data

Two different things, and people often mean the second when they ask for the first:

  • Cancelling ends the subscription. Your data stays.
  • Deleting removes personal data and cannot be undone.

If what you actually want is your information erased, see how do I delete my data.

Still stuck?

If you can’t reach the Billing tab — because you can’t sign in, or because the person who set the account up has left — contact us and pick Billing as the topic. Include the business name and the email the account was opened with, and we’ll sort it out from our side.
