Can I white-label or rebrand Flex Rewards?

There's no white-label version. What members see is your branding — your name, your logo, your card design, your cover image — so in practice the experience is close to it, but the product itself isn't resold under another brand.

We don’t offer a white-label solution. Flex Rewards isn’t licensed or resold under another company’s brand, and there’s no version of the product with our name taken out of it entirely.

In practice, though, the experience is close to white-label — because the part your customers actually see is yours.

What your members see

A member scans a code and lands on your card. Your business name, your logo, your colors, your card design, your cover image, your reward names and descriptions. There’s no app to install and no separate brand to get used to, so from a customer’s point of view they are collecting stamps with you, not with a platform.

That covers the thing most people are really asking about when they ask for white-label: whether the program looks like theirs. It does.

What isn’t yours

The product itself. You can’t resell Flex Rewards as your own software, put it in your own pricing tiers, or present it to your own clients as something you built.

If you’re an agency or a reseller

We’re building the Partner Platform for exactly this: agencies, resellers and consultants who want to set up and run Flex Rewards programs on behalf of their own clients. It’s launching shortly. We’re not putting a date on it here, because we’d rather tell you the real one than an early one.

If that’s what you’re after, contact us with Partnership as the topic and tell us roughly how many clients you’d be looking after. We’ll stay in touch and come back to you when it opens.

Until then there are no published agency or reseller terms, and we won’t guess at them here.
