My stamp card has vanished from the app

A card can disappear for five different reasons, and most of them are reversible. Which one it is depends on whether every card went or just one.

Start here, because it splits the problem in half:

Did every card disappear, or just one?

  • Every card, all businesses → you’re almost certainly signed into a second account. Go to I can’t log in, or my card has vanished — that’s the most common cause by a wide margin, and nothing is lost.
  • One business’s card → keep reading.

If one card went

There are four possibilities, and only you and the business can tell them apart.

The business paused that card

Businesses can switch a stamp card off — to change the reward, run something seasonal, or replace it with a new design. While it’s switched off, the card is hidden from the app rather than deleted.

Your stamps are safe. If the business switches the same card back on, it returns with your progress exactly as it was.

The business replaced it with a new card

If they set up a new card in place of the old one, they’re asked to choose what happens to existing members. They can either let everyone keep their progress, or reset everyone to zero for a fresh start.

If they chose to reset, the old card is retired and you get a new empty one. That’s a deliberate choice by the business, not a fault — ask them, they’ll know which they picked.

You deleted it yourself

The app has a Delete Card option, and it warns that progress will be lost and can’t be undone. That’s accurate — there’s no way to restore a card you deleted, for you or for us.

The business’s account lapsed

If a business stops paying for Flex Rewards, their program switches off and their card disappears from every member’s app.

Be aware of something here, because we’d rather tell you than have you guess: the app doesn’t currently show any message explaining this. The card simply isn’t there. So a card that vanished with no explanation and no change on your side is quite often this — the business’s subscription, not anything about your account.

If they come back, the card returns and your stamps come with it. Nothing is deleted while a program is switched off.

If the card is there but a reward has gone

This one is different, and it’s worth being straight about.

If a business removes a reward from a card after you’d already earned it, that earned reward can stop being visible. It isn’t hidden deliberately — it’s a real limitation, and the reward can’t be redeemed once that’s happened.

If you’d earned something and it’s gone, contact the business first. They can see their own card setup and can usually reissue it directly. If they can’t, contact us with Support as the topic, and tell us the business name and roughly when you earned it.

What never causes this

Two things worth ruling out so you don’t waste time on them:

  • Inactivity. Cards are not removed for not being used. There’s no expiry on a stamp card for sitting idle.
  • Changing phones. Your card lives on your account, not your device. Sign in with the same method and it follows you — which is exactly why signing in a different way is the top cause of “everything’s gone”.

Still not right?

Contact us with Support as the topic. The two things that let us find it fastest are the business’s name and which sign-in method you use — Google, Apple, or an email address and password.

We can see whether a card was paused, replaced or affected by a program switching off. What we can’t do is move stamps between two accounts on request alone, so it’s worth trying the sign-in check first.
