Your account

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from inside the Flex Rewards app. If you can’t get into the app, we’ll do it for you.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the Flex Rewards app.
  2. Go to Profile in the main menu.
  3. Tap Delete Account and follow the instructions.

This cannot be undone.Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose all your stamp cards and rewards immediately upon deletion.

Can’t access the app?

If you’d like your profile data removed and can’t use the in-app deletion flow — for example, if you’ve lost access to your account — contact us at [email protected] with the email address or phone number your account is registered under. We’ll confirm your identity and process the removal in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your active profile and stops further use of your personal information to provide you services. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may not always be able to delete records of past transactions — for example, where we’re required to retain them for financial reporting or legal compliance — and we may briefly retain backup copies before they are permanently deleted.
